I was sat close to him. I hated it. Totally hated it. The election for a new Speaker will now kick off in earnest and will dominate this place for weeks to come.

 

It just doesn't feel appropriate to blog about Boscombe Down today. I will leave it as something for the weekend.

Thank goodness you was sat near the Speaker. He looks to be in a constant state of apoplexy and your gifts as a nurse meant he was safe.

Good riddance to the odious Martin. He was the troughers trougher. He needed to go so the clean up can begin. We should never forget he appointed Carter Ruck at taxpayer expense. I would also like to see Frank Field as next speaker.
