Yesterday Parliament passed a Bill which allows for human sperm to be implanted into animals.
I spoke out against it, obviously. If any one of my constituents ever asks me why Parliament passed a Bill that allowed something so revolting to occur, I want to be able to demonstrate that I did my bit.
There's nothing of amazing importance happening in Parliament today, we are on a one line whip. However, apparently, we have no time to discuss the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill in any detail.
Parliamentary process is a sham.
